Knowing process of wigs manufacturing
Many of our customers who do wigs business ask me about the wig processing in our factory, actually welcome to visit our factory while some customers are oversea and not convenient to visit us,today I will introduce the processing in our wig factory.
- Hair Sourcing: Acquiring raw materials, such as human or synthetic hair, for the production of wigs. At findingdream we only do high level wigs so our wigs are made of human hair wigs or even virgin hair wigs. Facing top grade hair salon or hair store.
- Sorting and Cleaning: Sorting the hair by length and quality, followed by cleaning to remove impurities. It is also an important processing step to make hair with same length and quality. Cleaning hair is an important step to make all hair in clean conditions.
- Dyeing/Coloring: Applying dyes or colors to achieve the desired shade, such as blonde, black, brown, etc. We will dye the hair to the colors according to customers request,we can provide our own color chart and we also can make custom color based on the color chart you provide.
- Wefting: Creating wefts by sewing or gluing the hair onto a track to form the base of the wig.
Make the weft by machine, only experienced workers can make this process to confirm no hair loss and in good condition.
We also provide genius hair weft, but most of the genius hair weft made for hair salon to make hair extensions.
- Ventilating: Hand-tying individual hair strands onto the wig cap for a more natural look (common in high-quality wigs).
All the lace wigs have a part of lace,all the hair ar e tied to the lace in the section,to create a natural look. Normally the lace is on the top or front, you also can part your hair ont he part anywhere you like.
- Cap Construction: Assembling the wig cap, which can include lace fronts, monofilament tops, or other features for comfort and realism.The most popular cap base is the lace top,there is one lace at the top,we use high quality swiss lace and other part are made of hair weft.
- Styling: Cutting, shaping, and styling the wig according to the desired design, whether straight, curly, wavy, etc. After sew the hair weft on the cap,then we can make style as request,we can make different hair style such as wave,curly or kinky.
- Quality Control: Inspecting the finished wigs for any defects or inconsistencies before packaging.it is an important process the control hair wigs quality,and to confirm our customers received good wigs.
- Packaging and Shipping: Packaging the wigs for distribution, ensuring they are protected during transit.
